Part 1:
learn about health anxiety.

You’ll learn how health anxiety (really) works, identify and understand the thoughts, behaviours, beliefs and patterns that lead to health anxiety, and create your very own recovery plan.

Discovery
You’ll discover exactly what health anxiety is, how how it works, and what patterns in your life promote it.

Part 2: Apply to overcome health anxiety.

You’ll take relentless action to reduce or eliminate risk factors, transform unhealthy thoughts, behaviours and beliefs, and build self-efficacy.

Psychology
You’ll identify and stop your anxious behaviours (like researching, checking, and reassurance-seeking), and learn to transform negative, anxious thoughts more into positive, helpful thoughts using the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

You’ll learn how to let go of certainty and accept what you cannot change using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

You’ll create a plan to disarm acute fears and phobias using the principles of Systematic Desensitization.

Diet & Exercise
You’ll identify anxiety risk factors present in your diet, commit to healthy, balanced, anti-anxiety diet, and an exercise routine that promotes calm and self-confidence.

Sleep & Mindfulness
You’ll learn about mindfulness, its role in a healthy life, free of anxiety, and commit to a healthy mindfulness practice.

Language & Physiology
You’ll learn the importance of healthy language and physiology and commit to an uplifting language and physiology practice.

Relationships & Support
You’ll identify anxiety risk factors present in your (personal and professional) relationships and create a plan to reduce or eliminate them, while strengthening supportive, healthy relationships.

Career & Leisure
You’ll identify anxiety risk factors in your career and create a plan to reduce or eliminate them, and commit to a healthy leisure activities.

Part 3: Grow beyond health anxiety.

You’ll perfect your practice and begin to apply a positive, growth-mindset to every aspect of your life.
